German Speaking Forex Sales Agent

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive German-speaking Forex Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai in a full-time onsite role. This position involves converting prospective leads into active traders and fostering durable client relationships to encourage loyalty and growth in trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and turn leads into engaged trading customers.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize the acquisition of clients and trading volumes.
• Inform clients about various trading platforms, financial products, and prevailing market trends.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless and premium client experience.
• Assist new clients during the onboarding process and support their journey through Forex trading.
• Drive revenue growth by actively engaging in sales and conversion tasks.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients at every interaction point.

Requirements

• Fluent in German at C1 level.
• Proven track record in sales across any sector, with a preference for FX, finance, or high-performance sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Results-oriented, motivated, and ambitious with a strong target-driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and results-focused environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow expertise in sales techniques.
• Experience in Forex, financial services, or trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
• Experience in outbound sales or converting leads is preferred.
• Strong skills in managing customer relationships effectively.
