Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a dedicated provider and single source supplier specializing in solutions for clients requiring critically clean and controlled environments. Currently, they are looking to hire a General Operative based at their Leixlip location in County Kildare, Ireland.

Role Responsibilities

• Delivering items efficiently to multiple client sites as required.
• Receiving goods, which includes accurate checking, counting, and organising of stock.
• Picking and packing customer orders while adhering to agreed timelines and turnaround requirements.
• Restocking shelves to ensure they are maintained at optimal maximum levels.
• Carrying out stock checks and cycle counts in the warehouse with a proactive focus on maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining a proactive approach towards stock management and precision in inventory records.
• Flexibly undertaking additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrates flexibility, dependability, and a diligent work ethic combined with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Capable of working independently, using initiative within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
