About the Role
We seek an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead morning training sessions lasting 1 to 2 hours for students aspiring to become web developers. The position involves guiding learners through building real-world applications using modern technology stacks with an interactive and hands-on teaching approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 2-hour live interactive classes every morning for 5 to 6 days each week.
- Cover full curriculum including frontend, backend, database, and deployment topics.
- Engage in live coding demonstrations, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Provide solutions to student queries and offer one-on-one support as required.
- Mentor students through comprehensive capstone projects.
- Conduct assessments such as quizzes and assignments and monitor student progress.
- Impart best industry practices, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind or Bootstrap frameworks.
- Backend: Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
- Databases: MongoDB and MySQL.
- Other Tools: Git, GitHub, REST APIs, authentication techniques, and deployment using Vercel, Render, or AWS basics.
- Preferred additional skills: TypeScript and Next.js.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong expertise in MERN or full stack development.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or educational roles favored.
- Ability to teach complex concepts clearly using a mix of Hindi and English.
- Effective communication and presentation skills essential.
- Must be punctual and consistent throughout the course.
- Possession of own laptop and reliable internet connection required.
