Primary Duties

• Provide outstanding guest relations by maintaining exceptional service quality aligned with Sheraton's standards.
• Lead and mentor the front office team to enhance customer service excellence and meet sales objectives.
• Manage daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and high operational standards.
• Participate actively in achieving monthly sales targets across reception areas.
• Organize and facilitate training programs and maintain training manuals to uphold consistent service quality.
• Maintain inventory levels for all printed materials and stationery used by the front office.
• Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations to uphold a secure work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a comparable hotel front office supervisory role is essential.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Effective team collaborator with proven planning and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in IT applications.
• Capable of working autonomously without direct supervision.
• Adaptable to change and flexible in approach.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
