Role Summary
As a Front Office Agent, you are the welcoming face guests first see and the one they fondly remember after check-out. Positioned at the heart of hotel operations, you manage everything from warm guest reception to seamless departures, with great attention to detail influencing each visitor’s encounter at AC Hotel Mainz.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests professionally during check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with accuracy and care.
- Answer guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues confidently.
- Use hotel management software such as Opera to update bookings and guest information.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest stay.
- Maintain compliance with Marriott and AC Hotels brand standards throughout all interactions.
