Job Overview
Join Snjr Movement Clubs as a Front Desk Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR. This role involves delivering excellent customer service at the front desk while supporting sales and client engagement efforts at the Pilates studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients courteously and professionally.
- Manage incoming communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels promptly.
- Schedule and organize appointments and studio bookings effectively.
- Update and maintain comprehensive client records and databases.
- Coordinate with trainers about class timings and client needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clients with basic details on Pilates sessions, packages, and available studio services.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and inquiries to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee front desk duties including client check-ins and registrations.
- Keep reception areas clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Participate in promotional events and initiatives aimed at increasing client interaction and engagement.
Additional Information
The monthly salary range for this position is from 20,000 to 40,000 INR. The role requires working onsite in the Delhi-NCR area.
