Role Details

As a freelance Presentation Designer on the Tendem project, your focus will be on crafting compelling narratives and clear visual hierarchies. Your work will involve transforming intricate data and stories into aesthetically pleasing, persuasive presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact pitch decks and one-pagers specialized for target audiences
• Convert complex information into streamlined visual stories emphasizing minimalism and structured hierarchy
• Enhance presentations through custom typography, smooth animations, and consistent design elements
• Maintain a refined, creative yet corporate visual style for all deliverables
• Ensure strict quality control of formatting, alignment, pacing, and brand compliance before finalizing outputs

Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative discipline is advantageous

Experience Requirements

Candidates should present a substantial portfolio showing sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work beyond basic templates. A thorough understanding of pacing, narrative structuring, and design principles is vital. Self-motivation and meticulous attention to transforming complex content into premium visuals are crucial.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar for crafting detailed, animated presentations
• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for designing custom graphics and layouts
• Expertise in data visualization and information hierarchy for clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Strong ability with custom typography and graceful animations for high-quality results
