About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift is seeking a highly adaptable and proficient Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, which fuses AI with human expertise to streamline specialized data scraping workflows. This part-time remote freelance role is designed for creative professionals experienced in visual communication and layout design, focusing on creating polished marketing materials.

The Mindrift platform aims to bridge real-world skills with Generative AI initiatives from leading technology innovators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clean, modern layouts and infographics that establish clear visual hierarchies to present readable, engaging information.
• Design versatile, reusable social media templates as well as compelling one-page marketing documents.
• Enhance routine materials with advanced typography techniques, grid systems, and thoughtful visual compositions.
• Convert raw data and rough concepts into professional-quality visuals tailored to specific marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain strict design quality control by verifying alignment, color accuracy, and layout consistency before project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Ideally one to two years in graphic, digital design, or visual communication roles.
• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, grid-based layouts, and visual composition principles.
• Proven expertise in producing cleanly structured infographics and dynamic social media content templates.
• Proficiency with key design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ability to smoothly transition between designing impactful single-page materials and engaging digital templates suited for various platforms.
• Strong command of English at a B2 level or above is mandatory.
• Adaptability, keen attention to detail, and a proactive mindset with the capability to self-manage multiple design tasks.
• Applicants must submit a CV accompanied by a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design work; candidates without a portfolio link or lacking pertinent examples will not be considered.

Project and Compensation Details

The anticipated workload during active project phases ranges from approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, though actual hours depend on project demands and are not guaranteed.

Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour, varying according to individual contribution levels, project complexity, and scope. Other projects within Mindrift may offer different pay rates.

This is a project-based freelance opportunity. Task availability depends on active projects, and contributors may be engaged in multiple projects based on their profiles and current needs.
