About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift is a platform dedicated to connecting experts with cutting-edge technology projects, aiming to foster the development of advanced AI solutions by integrating global professional knowledge. We are recruiting a flexible and proficient Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, focusing on producing high-caliber visual content for practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Create elegant and clear layouts, innovative infographics, and maintain a solid visual hierarchy to generate engaging and readable visual materials.
• Develop reusable and captivating social media graphics templates along with persuasive one-pager designs.
• Enhance routine design tasks by applying advanced typography techniques, grid systems, and careful composition principles.
• Convert raw data and conceptual ideas into refined, market-ready visual assets customized for targeted communication and promotional objectives.
• Implement strict quality control regarding visual consistency, color schemes, and alignment before final delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic or digital design, or visual communication fields is preferred.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similarly creative discipline is advantageous.
• A diverse, high-quality portfolio demonstrating expertise in multiple formats such as social media visuals, marketing materials, and one-pagers is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with typography, composition, and grid application combined with an adaptable, quick, detail-focused mindset.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma is essential.
• Capability to independently handle various design challenges and prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects.
• English language skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Submission of an English CV including a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design work is required; applications lacking these will not be considered.

Working Conditions and Compensation

This freelance opportunity involves project-based workload with active phases demanding approximately 10-20 hours weekly, though hours are not guaranteed. Project remuneration can reach up to $50 hourly depending on contribution depth and skill level. Compensation may vary in other platform projects based on their specific scope and complexity.
