About the Role and Company

This opportunity is with Arvana GmbH, a Berlin-based B2B tech partner & marketing agency founded in 2020. Arvana specializes in performance marketing and lead generation for tech companies, focusing on driving impactful results and scaling projects through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete financial planning including budgeting and forecasting, establishing scalable processes that foster sustainable business growth.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate operational workflows utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier in a hands-on and impact-driven manner.
• Build data-driven decision support systems by developing modern business intelligence structures, for example using Snowflake and Looker Studio.
• Serve as a strategic and operational sounding board to the founders, offering original insights to support the company’s growth trajectory.
• Conceive and implement new business ideas and go-to-market strategies, progressing initiatives from inception to execution.
• Clarify complex issues through thorough analysis, structured decision frameworks, and actionable implementation plans.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or venture capital.
• Demonstrated experience in managing staff and interns, acting as a role model and leader.
• Strong enthusiasm for company building and a keen desire to continuously acquire new knowledge.
• Exhibit goal orientation, a high degree of proactivity, and reliability.
• Maintain high standards of quality for oneself and others, displaying a can-do attitude that inspires teammates.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, at C1 level.
• Eligibility to work in the DACH region is mandatory.

Additional Information

Applicants must have work authorization for Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. The position is full-time and based onsite in Berlin.
