Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your focus will be guest interaction and ensuring service excellence throughout the food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities
- Support in guiding, training, and mentoring the Food & Beverage team
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain brand standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and presentation of food meets company standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Passionate about food and beverage with a strong service orientation
- Prior leadership experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities, leading by example
