Role Overview
We are currently inviting qualified fitness coaches to assist clients focused on strength development, health improvement, and reaching their personalized fitness milestones. The role encompasses coaching clients through strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and mobility and flexibility routines. It also involves assessing client form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure safe, effective training.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured guidance in strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
- Review and correct client form and techniques to minimize injury risk.
- Support clients in setting achievable goals, maintaining accountability, and cultivating sustainable fitness habits.
- Assist with preparation for competitive events where applicable.
- Help clients explore and identify suitable training methodologies.
- Manage coaching sessions virtually while setting flexible hours and rates.
- Collaborate with the Leland team to ensure a supportive and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Prior practical experience in fitness coaching or personal training.
- Possession of relevant fitness certifications.
- Ability to offer clear, organized coaching approaches that foster long-term sustainable habits.
