Role Overview

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross pay of up to AED 900,000 (approx. USD 245,000), tax-free.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 2,000 total flight hours to qualify as a First Officer, with enhanced salary packages available for those exceeding 4,000 hours.

Boeing 777 Specific Requirements

• At least 2,000 hours on jets weighing 20 tons or more (excluding certain aircraft types).
• Minimum 1,000 hours on Boeing aircraft.
• Must currently be flying a Boeing type aircraft.
• At least 150 hours flown on the current type within the last year.
• Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Airbus A380 & A350 Specific Requirements

• At least 2,000 hours on jets of 50 tons or more.
• Minimum 1,000 hours on Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft.
• Currently operating an Airbus fly-by-wire type.
• At least 150 hours on this type in the past 12 months.
• Valid ICAO ATPL and Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Enhanced Compensation Eligibility

• 4,000+ hours flying jets of 20 tons or more.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours on jets over 50 tons.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 5 or above.

Frozen ATPL Candidates

• Candidates with a Frozen ATPL (completion of CPL and ATPL theoretical exams) may be considered subject to acceptance of specific terms and conditions.
