First Level IT Support / Customer Consulting (m/f/d)

Overview

Join WIRECLOUD, a leading provider of cloud telephony solutions, as a First Level IT Support specialist based in Cologne (Neustadt-Süd) with hybrid work options including home office. This full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week) is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and solving technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for existing customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to their telephone systems without sales duties.
• Listen attentively, analyze technical issues, and assist customers patiently while resolving problems.
• Gradually assume greater responsibility following a comprehensive onboarding process and growth in the role.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology with preferably some familiarity with network structures or VoIP/SIP technologies.
• Background through technical education or studies, or as a motivated career changer with strong IT affinity.
• Reliable, self-directed work approach complemented by a strong helping attitude and enjoyment in communication.
