About the Role
Aditya Birla Capital Company Limited seeks motivated individuals for the positions of Financial Advisor and Assistant Professional (Team Leader). Candidates will be responsible for driving sales through individual and team efforts, building and managing a team, and generating business across various financial products including insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, home loans, gold loans, and personal loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue individually and through the team.
- Establish and lead a team to enhance business development.
- Develop and nurture the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass or higher.
- Knowledge and skills will be imparted through training.
Work Details
- Location: 8A Govardhan Building, Rashbihari Avenue, Kalighat, Kolkata 700026 (Near RBL Bank).
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM.
- Working days: 5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range: INR 17,500 to INR 30,000, including five types of variable incentives linked to business development.
- Additional benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
Training and Selection
- Selection process includes an offline interview.
- Training duration is one month, with a stipend ranging from INR 19,000 to INR 30,000 depending on performance.
