Role overview

The Financial Analyst role focuses on turning financial data into useful insights that can guide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and broader business decisions. The position also involves preparing reports for leadership, evaluating performance against targets, and supporting financial planning activities across the organization.

What you will do

• Analyze financial information to help inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting inputs, ensuring they reflect current business conditions.
• Produce detailed financial reports, KPI summaries, and variance analyses for management review.
• Review data to uncover trends, potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and avenues for revenue improvement.
• Support the creation of financial models, business plans, and investment evaluation materials.
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and strategy teams to keep reporting accurate and aligned.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks when needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Strong ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and solve problems effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of complex functions and formulas.
• Experience with financial modeling software or tools.
• Exposure to ERP platforms or BI tools such as SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
• High attention to detail and the ability to deliver work within strict deadlines.
