Financial Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a 12-month contract role in Dublin. Join a dynamic finance team managing a vast global expenditure portfolio valued in the billions. The role primarily involves ownership of invoicing, purchase order management, reconciliation of discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and trustworthy billing data. Collaboration with vendors as well as internal teams is essential to ensure smooth and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing and purchase order workflows end-to-end.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
• Maintain data integrity and reliability of financial records.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate on-time payments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and handling large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with Anaplan or Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
