Fiber@Home Limited operates under the National Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) license overseen by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). Established in January 2009 and locally financed, the company is developing a secure and durable optical fiber backbone network across Bangladesh, mainly deploying underground HDPE ducts in metro areas. Their network extends to multiple metropolitan cities and major upazilas, aiming to serve as the foundational infrastructure for telecommunications and digital entertainment services nationwide. Additionally, Fiber@Home holds licenses for International Internet Gateway (IIG) and International Terrestrial Cable (ITC) services from BTRC.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Create and manage detailed financial models specifically for telecom fiber rollout and data center projects.
Execute financial evaluations including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and overall investment feasibility.
Analyze infrastructure procurement options through "Build vs Buy" and "Lease vs Buy" assessments.
Prepare comprehensive business cases and project documentation for securing financing locally and internationally.
Develop financial models to facilitate communication with banks and potential investors.
Assist in ESG reporting and provide financial insights for investor presentations.
Monitor key performance indicators such as Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), and cost variance for ongoing projects.
Recognize financial risks early and issue alerts to prevent budget overruns.

Candidate Requirements

An MBA in Finance or Banking, or professional qualifications like ACCA or ICMA, preferably from reputed institutes such as IBA, Dhaka University, BRAC University, NSU, IUB, or AIUB.
Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, or related corporate finance roles.
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and infrastructure investment analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms.
Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and communicating financial insights to executive leadership.
