CloudsineAI is a Singapore-based startup specializing in GenAI security products with proprietary software like WebOrion and TraceCtrl, designed to enhance enterprise and community security through AI-driven web defacement monitoring and agentic AI security management. As we expand, we're seeking a dedicated Head of Finance & Business Operations to establish a solid financial and operational foundation to support growth among enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transparent monitoring of cash flow, burn rate, and runway to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly financial reporting including profit & loss, cash flow, and variance analysis with precision and timeliness.
• Own the processes of budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Assist in fundraising efforts, develop financial models, and prepare reports for investors.
• Manage and liaise with external partners such as accounting firms, payroll services, and corporate secretaries.
• Oversee day-to-day finance functions including invoicing, collections, and monthly closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Singapore's regulatory bodies including ACRA, IRAS, GST, and manage audit preparations.
• Supervise HR and administrative operations coordinated via external vendors, covering payroll and contracts management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams to ensure project completions, billing readiness, and appropriate revenue recognition.
• Monitor and analyze essential business metrics across departments such as sales, marketing, and customer success (including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue, and collections).
• Drive efficiency enhancements through AI-enabled process improvements within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a CEO dashboard displaying critical financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Five to ten years’ experience in business operations roles within startups, SMEs, or high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated capability in handling full accounting cycles, financial reporting, and audit management.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore regulatory frameworks including ACRA, IRAS, GST, and statutory filings.
• Proven experience in managing external vendors for accounting, payroll, and secretarial functions.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flows effectively.
• Experience in commercial operations such as invoicing, collections, and revenue tracking.
• Strong collaboration skills, effectively interfacing with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Track record of designing and enhancing business processes and systems.
• High level of ownership, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
