About the Role
Join PrepayPower as a Field Sales Representative based in Drogheda, Louth, focusing on door-to-door sales to residential and multi-property clients. This role offers a base salary starting at €32,000 (depending on experience) plus potential earnings up to €50,000 annually through commissions. Flexible working arrangements are available, with a schedule of 40 hours per week from 11am to 8pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in direct door-to-door visits targeting potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Promote and sell Yuno Energy’s range of products and services effectively.
- Meet and surpass personal sales targets and key performance indicators consistently.
- Implement strategic sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and close sales efficiently.
- Address objections and negotiate successfully to maintain a strong closing ratio.
- Keep detailed records of all leads, sales activities, and outcomes utilizing CRM systems.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve sales strategies and team performance.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at €32,000 with on-target earnings up to €50,000 in the first year.
- €2,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of probation period.
