Role Overview

The company is initiating a vigorous lead generation campaign aimed at accelerating merchant acquisitions within their acquiring and banking services. This position suits a dynamic field sales expert who thrives on high-volume activities, nurturing partnerships, and producing tangible outcomes in a fast-paced, territory-focused environment.

Primary Objectives

• Establish signed referral agreements with agents and partners to create a robust influx of new business possibilities.
• Maintain a steady referral pipeline targeting newly formed companies and meet monthly acquisition benchmarks.
• Engage regularly face-to-face with designated agents and referral partners.
• Promote awareness and the adoption of the company’s financial solutions among partners.
• Meet acquisition and referral activation goals through strategic relationship management and conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, approach, and onboard referral collaborators such as agents, corporate service providers, and company incorporation intermediaries.
• Negotiate and finalize referral partnership agreements to broaden the network.
• Develop and sustain enduring business relationships to maximize referral activity and revenue growth.
• Deliver persuasive presentations about acquiring and banking services to potential partners and clients.
• Drive merchant recruitment both via referrals and direct sales initiatives.
• Gather market feedback and insights from partners to inform product and service enhancements.
• Keep precise CRM records documenting meetings, agreements, referrals, and sales efforts.
• Monitor and report progress toward acquisition, activation, and conversion targets.
• Engage continuously with partners to maintain high activation levels and consistent referral volume.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in field sales roles with a background in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation.
• Proven effectiveness in environments involving brokers, agents, distributors, referral networks, or channel partnerships is highly preferred.
• Strong aptitude for quickly establishing trust and cultivating business relations.
• Demonstrated resilience, self-drive, and ability to perform in target-driven settings.
• Competence in managing multiple partner accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to adhere to structured sales methodologies and outreach plans.
