Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage with merchants to expand the adoption of QR code and sound box solutions. You will operate in the field, visiting merchants regularly to boost sales, enhance distribution, and increase market presence within designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants for onboarding of payment solutions including QR code and sound box devices.
• Execute daily market visits, aiming to meet approximately 10 to 15 merchants per day, to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Enhance distribution networks and bolster market share by targeting prospects within assigned geographic locations.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives set for daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes.
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continuous product usage.
• Collect and communicate market feedback and insights to inform management strategies.
• Adhere to the planned sales route (beat plan), diligently track activities, and maintain consistent attendance records.
