Job Overview

The Field Onboarding Executive at Porter plays a vital role in recruiting and onboarding new driver partners to the platform. This position involves guiding candidates through each step of the registration and activation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and assist new driver and delivery partner candidates through the onboarding journey.
• Clearly communicate the benefits, earning potential, and policies associated with the Porter platform.
• Verify essential documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, Registration Certificate, and Insurance.
• Help candidates with app registration and user profile setup.
• Oversee document verification and coordinate the completion of onboarding steps.
• Address and resolve queries and issues related to onboarding promptly.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of each candidate's onboarding progress.
• Conduct follow-ups with candidates until they activate their accounts on the platform.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass or any Graduate degree.
• Freshers or applicants with up to 2 years experience in customer service, recruitment, telecalling, or operations roles.
• Good communication skills in Tamil; proficiency in English or Hindi is an additional benefit.
• Basic familiarity with computers and smartphones.
• Strong customer handling and persuasive communication abilities.
• Attention to detail particularly for verifying documents accurately.
• Comfortable working in a performance and target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Work Environment

• This position is office-based requiring in-person and telephonic interaction with driver partners.
• Regular collaboration with operations and support teams is expected.
