About the Role
We seek diligent and motivated Field Auditors to perform retail store inspections within Modern Trade outlets in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. This position suits fresh graduates as well as professionals with experience in field sales, merchandising, or auditing.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 4 to 5 Modern Trade stores each day.
- Execute store audits following company protocols.
- Confirm product availability and shelf placement.
- Engage with store managers to gather essential data.
- Accurately record audit findings using the company’s application.
- Submit comprehensive and punctual reports.
- Maintain professional conduct during store visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Completed 10+2 education or graduation is preferable.
- Good communication abilities.
- Comfortable with traveling for fieldwork.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and applications.
- Traits such as honesty, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and fundamental reporting skills.
- Capability to operate independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Six working days per week.
- Fixed monthly take-home salary of ₹16,000 (based on interview performance).
- Daily allowance of ₹75 per day.
