F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

The role of the Food & Beverage Service Expert centers on delivering more than just food and drink – it is about creating a distinctive and memorable dining experience for guests. This position requires proactive involvement in a variety of services, including table setup, coordination with kitchen staff, guest interaction, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies, making customer transactions a seamless part of the overall experience.

Physical and Operational Expectations

Service Experts are expected to be actively mobile throughout their shifts. Duties involve standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, maneuvering across uneven or slippery surfaces, handling menus visually and by reading, and physically managing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are routine. These responsibilities are essential to maintain the high standards expected for guest satisfaction and business success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimal work experience in a related role, with less than one year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No supervisory responsibilities required.
• No licensing or certification mandated.
