Role Overview
This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The role supports the hotel’s food and beverage operations by helping deliver a high standard of guest experience, team performance, and overall business outcomes.

What the Role Involves
The hostess will help maintain excellent guest satisfaction while ensuring that the outlet operates in a safe, clean, and sanitary manner. The job also requires serving only top-quality products and contributing to a strong, cooperative team culture built around prompt and polite service aligned with brand and food & beverage standards.
In addition, the role includes supporting day-to-day team member relations and encouraging staff to solve problems proactively through proper training and empowerment.
Qualifications
