Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functionality of building technology systems including heating, ventilation, power supply, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.
• Analyze and optimize building control technology.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
• Serve as primary contact for service providers at the site.
• Implement technical measures related to environmental protection.
• Collaborate closely with the fire safety officer.
• Fulfill employer obligations under the German Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience.
• Technical qualification or degree.
• Advanced knowledge in energy management and environmental management.
• Fluent German and English language skills; Polish is an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office and Excel analysis.
