About the Role
Join Exyte’s innovative Commercial Management team as an Expert in Estimating Process Utilities. This position offers a unique challenge involving independent cost estimation for various planning stages within engineering projects, emphasizing thorough analysis and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop cost estimates across multiple project phases including Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Basic Design, and Detailed Design aligned with Service Phases 0-7 as per HOAI standards
- Create benchmarking data for different project phases using methods such as the End Product Method and Physical Dimension Method, utilizing real-world performance metrics
- Perform quantity take-offs by analyzing technical drawings and P&ID schematics accurately
- Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis to support project estimations
- Actively participate in meetings, providing expert insight and contributions
Required Expertise and Skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Process Utilities systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and estimation tasks
- Capability to thrive in multicultural and diverse work environments
- Strong communication skills with assertiveness and confidence
- Self-driven working style involving proactive collaboration with team members
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset to assess and synthesize information effectively
