Primary Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor data related to plant electrical maintenance, including electricity consumption, diesel usage for generators, and power factor metrics for strategic analysis.
• Ensure precise and timely calibration of batching plant equipment to maintain operational accuracy.
• Conduct regular maintenance of electrical equipment, verify availability, and guarantee uninterrupted power supply, including generators.
• Develop and enforce scheduled preventive maintenance programs for machinery and plants, ensuring vendor adherence to mandatory safety protocols.
• Manage maintenance expenses to align within budgetary constraints.
• Maintain detailed maintenance histories for all mechanical equipment.
• Plan and budget electrical maintenance activities effectively.
• Monitor the lifecycle status of spare parts to optimize inventory and replacement scheduling.
• Oversee comprehensive maintenance of all machinery and instruments across assigned plant locations.
• Perform daily operational checks to ensure optimal utilization of batching plants and associated machinery.
