Role Purpose

The Logistics Executive will support end-to-end distribution planning for the PAKS portfolio, logistics execution, SAP coordination, reporting, and audit compliance. The role is focused on keeping inventory movement smooth across the supply chain, maintaining strong system hygiene, improving warehouse execution, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high service levels.

Logistics Operations and Dispatch Planning

  • Prepare and share daily GP Offer Files.
  • Plan dispatches using regional sales forecasts and available inventory.
  • Assist with cross-region billing needs and route code setup.
  • Work with warehouses, CFAs, and transport teams to ensure shipments move on time.

Distribution Planning for the PAKS Portfolio

  • Support planning across the full flow from factory to regional warehouse to CFA to customer.
  • Track stock levels and flag possible stock-out situations in advance.
  • Help improve service levels through timely stock placement and replenishment planning.
  • Partner with supply planning, sales, and logistics teams to keep products available.

SAP and System Management

  • Maintain route day and non-route day settings in SAP.
  • Handle manual billing access and user authorization workflows.
  • Resolve operational SAP issues and correct master data where needed.
  • Support technology enhancement projects linked to order management, fill rate, OTIF, inventory, and warehouse utilization reporting.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track inventory health and SLOB performance.
  • Release weekly FTL adherence reports.
  • Prepare monthly logistics and performance reports such as WALT, per kg cost analysis, primary sales validation, and inventory and aging reports.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reports to business teams when required.

Audit and Compliance

  • Coordinate quarterly CFA audits and compliance checks.
  • Compile audit findings and issue audit reports.
  • Ensure vendor bills are processed and settled within timelines.
  • Support billing governance and month-end closure activities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales, RLE, supply planning, warehousing, CFAs, and transport partners.
  • Support billing closure, sales reversals, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Align different functions to ensure smooth logistics execution.
