Position Overview
Join Savance as an Executive Assistant working directly with the CEO and founder in a role that demands excellent organizational skills, initiative, and effective problem-solving. This position transcends a traditional administrative function, focusing on driving action by coordinating efforts across departments and ensuring company projects and initiatives progress smoothly.
You'll acquire diverse exposure to a growing tech firm’s facets including software development, sales, marketing, customer success, accounting, and HR. This role offers a fast-paced environment for candidates aspiring to enhance their business, operational, technological, or leadership competencies.
The role replaces the first Executive Assistant who advanced to Chief of Staff and Operations through diligence and high performance, marking this as a growth opportunity with prospects for expanded responsibilities and leadership advancement as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize CEO’s emails and communication channels.
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and priority setting for CEO meetings.
- Monitor and track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to maintain accountability.
- Analyze meeting recordings and transcripts to extract actionable next steps.
- Convert concepts into tactical plans and aid in execution efforts.
- Maintain organization and progress of corporate, sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
- Conduct research and compile information supporting decision-making processes.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documents.
- Support special projects and various duties enhancing CEO efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range from $50,000 to $70,000 based on qualifications and experience.
