About the Role
Our client, a distinguished law firm located in Dublin, is looking to appoint experienced Executive Assistants to provide support across various practice areas including pensions and employment law. Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough administrative and secretarial assistance to Partners and Associates within the Pensions and Commercial practice teams.
- Manage complex calendars and handle a large volume of email correspondence to optimize daily schedules and prioritize essential meetings.
- Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes during client onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
- Manage the full billing cycle, including accurate time recording, invoice preparation, maintaining client account balances, and following up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate and fulfill client audit and accrual requests while managing the processing of corporate expenses.
- Create, edit, and precisely format complex legal documents, correspondence, and templates with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize digital dictation tools effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Experience working within Pensions and Commercial law is advantageous.
- Comprehensive experience managing client billing and payment procedures.
- Typing speed exceeding 70 words per minute with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with advanced IT applications and software.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to handle demanding workloads efficiently.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Dublin with hybrid working arrangements.
- Salary: Up to 55,000 EUR annually, depending on experience.
