Role Overview
The Executive Account Manager will work full-time at our Doha, Qatar location, overseeing critical client accounts and cultivating durable relationships. This role acts as the main liaison for strategic clients, focusing on understanding their goals, dissecting business challenges, and coordinating customized solutions with internal teams. Responsibilities include managing project execution to ensure client satisfaction, developing proposals, leading meetings, monitoring account metrics, and uncovering upselling or cross-selling chances. The position also requires maintaining precise account documentation, reporting key performance indicators, and partnering with leadership to enhance account strategies and service quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in account or client relationship management, or business development, preferably within consultancy or solution-based firms.
- Expertise in needs assessment, strategic problem-solving, and converting client issues into practical resolutions.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities with senior-level engagement experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Business, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines; further certifications in account or project management are advantageous.
- Willingness and readiness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar with sensitivity to local business cultures and practices.
- Competency in business software and CRM platforms; experience with data analysis and performance reporting is a plus.
- Team-oriented approach facilitating cooperation with diverse internal groups to deliver client-specific and outcome-driven solutions.
