Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ETL Tester to join our team at LTIMindtree in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in verifying data pipelines and ETL workflows within data warehousing environments, utilizing advanced SQL and testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive validation of ETL processes and data warehouses.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop and execute test cases related to data quality and ETL functionalities.
- Track and document defects effectively throughout the testing lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in SQL and ETL testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data validation and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica or SSIS.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments is beneficial.
Additional Qualifications
Capability in data quality management, creating detailed test cases, and monitoring defects is considered an advantage.
