We seek an individual familiar with plastic welding, fabrication, plumbing, or piping who enjoys engaging directly with clients, visualizing projects for accurate estimation, and collaborating with a proficient operations team to provide innovative solutions.
This role is suited for candidates wanting long-term growth, eager to become experts in our specialized processes, and prepared to handle increasingly complex projects. Training will be provided to strengthen foundational knowledge as needed.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess and refine tender documents to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Develop detailed pricing models to prepare accurate quotes, monthly claims, and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with operations personnel and clients to define the scope and design of projects.
- Analyze drawings and plans to determine construction methods and compile precise material take-offs.
- Evaluate commercial risks within customer contracts to inform quoting and project management.
- Coordinate with Production Coordinators, supply chain, purchasing teams, clients, and suppliers to synchronize scheduling and procurement.
- Prepare comprehensive job packages for operations teams, complete with exact take-offs, cost estimates, and detailed planning documents.
- Track job progress and manage any changes to project scope efficiently.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with customers and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
