Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on securing and managing corporate deals related to ICT offerings, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, IT Resource Outsourcing, IT Infrastructure, Managed Print Solutions, IP Telephony, and physical access security systems. A key focus is to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring broad adoption of Adventus’ services across client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales efforts by closing deals for a suite of ICT products and services, catering to the unique needs of large organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Expand the breadth of services used by existing clients by deeply understanding and addressing their full range of IT requirements.
- Plan and conduct meetings and presentations with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from mid-management to C-suite executives, to assess requirements and articulate Adventus' value proposition.
Key Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized local university, open to any major.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B corporate sales experience, preferably with a proven sales performance record.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt in fast-evolving, technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, to facilitate seamless communication with a diverse client base.
- Highly skilled in presentation delivery and verbal/written communications.
- Adept at engaging and influencing decision-makers across all organizational levels, including senior executives.
