Your Responsibilities
- Assist participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, secure, and maintain long-term employment opportunities.
- Empower individuals by highlighting their strengths, helping them overcome barriers, and encouraging commitment to their new roles.
- Devise creative strategies to resolve employment challenges ensuring participants receive the support and tools needed for success.
- Act as a strong advocate for inclusive hiring practices and necessary workplace accommodations.
- Recognize and celebrate all participant successes, both big and small.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers passionate about diversity and inclusion to provide equitable chances for all candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
- Authorized to work in Australia.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- MyGovID at the Standard security level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
