About Us

Role Overview

As an Emergency Response Operator, you will be the first point of contact for clients during urgent situations and routine checks. The role is full-time with 38-hour weeks on a rotating roster, operating 24/7 from our Eagle Farm office. Hybrid work options are available after training for some shifts.

Key Duties

  • Respond promptly to calls triggered by medical or duress alarms.
  • Coordinate and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
  • Maintain calm and offer reassurance during critical situations.
  • Adhere to established protocols and precise administrative procedures.
  • Resolve accidental or test alarms with effective troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile

  • Empathetic and composed communicator with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain resilient and focused under pressure.
  • Strong attention to administrative and detail-oriented tasks.
  • Experience providing high-quality customer service.
  • Proficient in computer use with quick and accurate typing skills.
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Dependable team player seeking long-term employment stability.

Working Conditions and Schedule

  • Expect a rotating 24/7 roster including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
  • Shift schedules are provided one month ahead.
