Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida for an Email Marketing Specialist. The position focuses on planning, running, and improving email campaigns that increase engagement and conversions.

What you'll do

• Build, launch, and refine email marketing campaigns to support engagement and conversion goals.
• Review campaign performance data and turn the findings into practical marketing improvements.
• Develop qualified leads through targeted email outreach and list-based marketing efforts.
• Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign execution.
• Use email marketing platforms and related tools to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure email activity aligns with the wider marketing plan.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate campaign metrics and draw useful conclusions.
• Experience in lead generation and audience engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and teamwork.
• Good working knowledge of email marketing software and current industry practices.
• Ability to stay detail-focused while handling several campaigns at the same time.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related stream is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Additional details

The role is based in Sector 63, Noida. Working arrangement is 5 days work-from-office, with Saturday work-from-home.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 20,000 to 80,000 per month.
