About the role
Arkle Energy Solutions develops and builds Vanadium Redox Flow Battery solutions for renewable energy, microgrids, and industrial use cases, with an emphasis on safety and extended service life. The Electrical Design Engineer will shape the electrical design for battery energy storage systems and support end-to-end implementation.
Key responsibilities
This position involves creating the electrical architecture for BESS projects, covering single-line diagrams, AC and DC circuits, power distribution, and protection design. The role also includes leading system integration and commissioning activities, preparing technical documentation, estimating costs, and making sure the solution follows relevant industry standards.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and bring prior exposure to battery energy storage systems, solar projects, or power systems. Practical experience with AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit is expected, along with familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and NFPA standards.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is INR 4,25,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
