Role Overview

The Due Diligence Agent plays a critical support role within the risk and compliance teams by thoroughly reviewing client documents, performing necessary background investigations, and ensuring onboarding processes meet all regulatory requirements. This position demands high accuracy, sound decision-making, and a strong dedication to upholding rigorous compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine client documentation to validate identity and related information
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and conduct background checks
• Detect any inconsistencies or irregularities and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of all due diligence activities
• Assist with ongoing audit procedures and help enhance compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• Between one and three years of professional experience in compliance, KYC, or due diligence roles
• In-depth knowledge of client onboarding protocols and risk evaluation techniques
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication as well as documentation management
• Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) systems is a beneficial asset
