Draftsperson

Role Summary

We are seeking a Draftsperson to assist with the daily operations of our Architectural Implementation Team. This role centers on generating precise technical drawings, updating project documents, and supporting inspection-related deliverables. The position involves close collaboration with architects and project leads to ensure all drawings and documentation adhere to project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and manage architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Develop as-built drawings, annotations, and documentation aligned with project specifications.
• Revise drawing sets incorporating feedback from reviews and inspection outcomes.
• Help organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation and drawing archives.
• Collaborate with architects and project personnel to guarantee drawing accuracy and uniformity.
• Detect and report inconsistencies, missing details, or problems within drawings and documentation.
• Assist in assembling technical deliverables and project status reports.
• Participate in enhancing drafting protocols and documentation workflows.

Technical Proficiencies

• AutoCAD: Expertise in producing, adjusting, and systematizing architectural plans.
• Google Workspace / Excel: Skilled in managing documents, tracking data, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, construction, or roles supporting projects.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural drawings, details, and construction documentation.
• Strong precision and attention to detail in drafting work.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to interpret redline changes, sketches, and technical annotations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
