Role Summary
As a Dispensing Optician, you will be a prominent representative on the clinic floor and play a vital role within the store management structure, with opportunities for leadership development through ILM courses, pre-registration supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway. The role combines clinical expertise with customer service and sales contributions.
Responsibility Areas
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate closely with Optometrists to ensure seamless patient handovers.
- Handle aftersales support proactively, including complaint resolution and problem-solving with a positive approach.
- Support achievement of individual and team sales goals by utilizing professional sales methods effectively.
Candidate Profile
We seek a qualified, CORU-registered Dispensing Optician aligned with our store's values, motivated to develop professionally and uphold excellent patient care. Candidates should demonstrate sound clinical decision-making, readiness to take a practical role in daily operations, and eagerness to foster teamwork and rapport.
