About the Role
Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is seeking a Dispatch Executive to join their team in Gurgaon, sector 109, Delhi-NCR. This position comes with a fixed monthly salary ranging from 17000 to 18000 INR in hand, with additional benefits including Provident Fund and four weeks off annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Coordinate deployment of personnel, vehicles, and equipment efficiently according to availability and expertise.
- Monitor routes and schedules by tracking field units in real time using GPS or tracking systems, making adjustments due to traffic, weather conditions, or emergencies.
- Communicate instructions, updates, and modifications effectively with field staff while keeping customers informed about status updates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records including call logs, dispatch details, driver logs, and service completion times.
- Respond promptly to resolve delays, client complaints, or conflicts occurring in the field.
