About the Role
The Dispatch Executive will oversee inventory management and coordinate the dispatch of materials efficiently. This position involves maintaining updated records of stock inflow, ensuring stock levels meet minimum requirements, and organizing material shipments aligned with project and delivery needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Record new stock arrivals and update stock details on dashboards and Excel sheets.
- Process incoming orders and devise dispatch plans accordingly.
- Monitor stock to maintain minimum inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Modify the Bill of Materials (BOM) in line with project requirements when required.
- Schedule transportation providers based on delivery destinations as communicated by sales, dealers, or corporate teams.
- Provide necessary documentation such as BOM, Delivery Challan, and Proforma Invoice to the dispatch team.
- Communicate with transporters to confirm dispatch progress and verify dispatch status by collecting dispatch photos from client sites.
- Maintain stock records for warehouses in other cities.
- Plan dispatch schedules for EPC projects and inverter shipments.
