Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing machinery efficiently.
• Monitor and ensure proper rinse and wash temperatures are maintained.
• Manage dish chemicals correctly, including changing water and storing supplies safely.
• Organize and prepare dish racks for cleaning.
• Take responsibility for trash removal.
• Adhere closely to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support fellow staff.
