Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director to join our team in Miami. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, this senior role entails leadership ownership of outcomes across numerous complex, wide-ranging projects. The incumbent will drive their teams to deliver superior client service while focusing on overarching project strategies. Responsibilities also extend to nurturing company growth through business development, executive training, process enhancement, and participating in internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary senior resource for all assigned projects
• Architect and manage the execution of various complex initiatives and teams
• Prepare and conduct presentations for clients
• Strengthen client relations via exemplary project execution and management
• Actively seek new business ventures
• Support deliverables at the Associate Director level
• Oversee daily business operations, such as fee collection and forecasting
• Manage requests for additional services and develop proposals for new business
• Review leases, contracts, and related agreements
• Participate in recruiting and selecting new personnel
• Engage in strategic planning and address broader business requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• More than 15 years in a similar senior role
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, along with presentation skills

Preferred Project Experience

• Essential experience managing large-scale hospitality projects
• Caribbean project experience is highly desirable

Physical Requirements

• Regular attendance at weekly project meetings on active construction sites
