Delivery Rider

About the Role

We are looking to hire a responsible and energetic Delivery Rider to become a part of our expanding logistics team within Kathmandu Valley. This role focuses on the timely and safe delivery of parcels and customer orders while ensuring excellent service and effective coordination with the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from designated locations and deliver them punctually within Kathmandu Valley.
• Handle parcels and goods carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Adhere to assigned delivery routes to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team to maintain smooth operation flow.
• Verify orders at both pickup and delivery points to ensure accuracy.
• Provide courteous and helpful customer service during deliveries.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company policies strictly.
• Report delivery statuses and alert the team immediately about any challenges or incidents.

Requirements

• Must possess and use a personal motorcycle or scooter for deliveries.
• Valid driving license for two-wheeler vehicles is mandatory.
• Have an updated bill book for the bike or scooter in use.
• Strong familiarity with the Kathmandu Valley routes is required.
• Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is preferred but fresh candidates with proficient riding skills are welcome to apply.
