Role Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally deliver furniture into customers’ homes, completing 10 to 15 deliveries daily as part of a two-person team.
• Communicate proactively with customers before arrival to confirm delivery details.
• Ensure furniture is placed in the customer’s requested room and all packaging waste is removed.
• Embody the company’s and brand partners’ values in every aspect of your work.
• Collaborate with team members and management to provide feedback and elevate service standards continuously.
• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to government driving regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid 7.5-tonne driving licence (or equivalent grandfather rights/ROI licence), alongside an up-to-date digital tachograph, CPC card, and manual driving licence.
• Hold a driving licence for at least 12 months with fewer than six penalty points.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive two-person delivery team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including lifting and installing heavy furniture in varied household environments.
• Excellent time-management skills and adaptability to varying daily tasks.
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment for self and others.
