Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Data Science and Machine Learning professionals with 7 to 10 years of proven success in creating and deploying AI solutions suitable for production environments. This opportunity is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and requires onsite presence with a one-year contractual commitment. Immediate availability is essential, and candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves end-to-end ownership of the machine learning lifecycle: from gathering and preprocessing data, engineering relevant features, to developing, deploying, and optimizing models. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with teams across engineering, product management, and DevOps to deliver impactful artificial intelligence products.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 years and up to 10 years’ experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing techniques and transformer-based models using libraries like Hugging Face, spaCy, and Gensim.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience using MLflow for machine learning workflow management.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and building RESTful APIs.
• Competence with SQL querying, data manipulation using Pandas, and working with Apache Spark for big data processing.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Currently located in the UAE and able to start immediately.
